03Source code and data ownership
On delivery, the source code and associated data belong to you. We don't lock them into a platform of ours. The exact rights and delivery scope are written into each contract.
04Intellectual property
The text, design and images on this site belong to the company unless marked otherwise. Our open-source projects are governed by their own licences. Please credit us when quoting content from this site.
05Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it is free of errors or that the service is uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
